Yes, all services (solo sessions, packages, and classes) have a 90 day expiry.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy.
Although we have a strict 24-hour reschedule/cancellation policy, there are flexible ways for you to adjust your appointment.
Schedule open availability:
Log into your account via our website to view up-to-date available session times. You can reschedule your session with any available teacher. Please allow at least 24hrs in advance to reschedule.
Connect with us online:
Can’t make it to the studio and it’s too late to cancel? We’ll beam ourselves through the interwebs and teach you a livestream session. Just email or text your teacher directly.
Yes, it’s your session! You can “make it double” and add a +1 at no additional charge. Double sessions are honored as space permits and require 24-hour notice.
Unfortunately, no. Only one student per package is allowed and we cannot split payments. Each student with recurring sessions will be required to have their own package.
We cannot guarantee your desired session time or teacher will be available ongoing when you purchase a package online. We highly recommend you browse our online calendar or contact hello@pilatesincommon.com to see what times are available for recurring appointments.
