Remember there’s no such thing as an easy Pilates exercise

When we realized that we’d need to self-isolate for weeks (or possibly longer), we worried about how we’d stay grounded and fit. But when we remembered that Pilates in Common offers Zoom sessions, we realized we’d be okay. Having been through multiple Zoom sessions with different teachers, we can confidently say that everyone will be able to continue their Pilates practice with the same thoughtful guidance and skillful queuing as they’ve come to expect in the studio.
