We hope your March was filled with matness–the good kind where you look back and think to yourself, “hot damn, I’m amazing.”
Just one Matness class remains and it’s an opportunity to see how far you’ve come since March 6th. We’re finishing the way we started–50 minutes for 16-ish exercises, no rest, all flow. Our team mascot Joe is here to cheer us on!

You are powerful. You know your body–its strengths and weaknesses. One of the abilities of an seasoned Pilates practitioner is knowing when to rest. We’re flowing through the classical order at tempo. Today is the day to give yourself permission to go full send, or pick and choose what works best for your body in present moment.
