Remember, impactful workouts don't need to eat up hours. Even 15-20 minutes of focused effort can be highly beneficial. That's the idea behind our new online course, Pilates in Your Pocket launched just for this hectic season. In December, our Monday classes will spotlight "The Basic Ten" – a series of foundational Pilates exercises introduced by Joseph Pilates himself.


Self-care can be as simple as counting to ten. What will we do in class once we’ve gone through the basic ten, you might ask? That’s a surprise and each teacher has a little something different to share!

Monday, December 4th @ 12pm with Destinie:

Move, breathe, move – that's the agenda for today's class.

We'll start by flowing through the Basic Ten, serving as our initial movement assessment. After that, we'll pause for some mindful breath-work. To finish, we'll flow through the Basic Ten once more. Notice the changes you experience from the first movement assessment to the second. What differences do you feel?
